Pampas Grass theft

Local news had a story tonight about people stealing pampas grass from a beach. Said people using it for internal decoration, just wondering if the pampas grass identifier for swingers has been secretly brought back?

Depends on the decoration I think. Fairy lights might be a bit too much though
