I started making cheesecakes late last year

I used to make a fab cheesecake for dinner parties - chocolate swirl baked cheesecake. Half chocolate and vanilla mixture swirled together to marble it and the base is made with ginger nut biscuits and butter. Very rich made with Mascarpone and cream and about 700 calories for a small slice.
