"So yesterday I posted a forum post about my mental health and I also uploaded a video today is a new day and the new day is literally like the other day. I rang work last night couldn't go in I had the shakes and I had the anxiety kicking in which I did not like at all. Thought I was a lot stronger than this I guess I'm not I said do a day that it's good to talk to people to get it out of your system " No, the fact you're speaking up about it is a start.
