Yes, my Sunday dinner just eaten was really tasty.

Vegetarian sausages with celeriac chips and honey coated carrots washed down with a chilled Sauvignon B.

What was/is your home cooked Sunday dinner?

Pot noodle.

Got all the stuff for a roast, but then my daughter is stranded at her dads due to the snow, so decided not to cook it until she comes home.

Slow cook beef brisket, braised for 4 hours in a Vietnamese origin sauce. It melted in my mouth.

I cooked extra as it’s one of those dishes that’ll taste even better the next day.
