I actually went for a run (well jog more accurately)! Now I'm going to glow in a smug sense of virtue, drink some rooibos and try and not say fuck it and get a mocha from Costa.

Other than that, I'm working a half day, I'm going to have a bath and tonight it's movie night! Need to try and get some mixers and nibbles in at some point.
