I go to bed between 10-11pm and wakes up at 5.30am since I was a kid until now.

(it's 9.28am here GMT 8+).

Pfft... my routine is all over the place.

Normally (pre-covid) I’d chill in front of netflix, have a hot bath then read in bed for an hour or so. X

I don't have a routine anymore.

Now I go to bed when I'm bored of sitting in the lounge - my bedroom is a change of scenery

I go to bed between 10 and 11:30 and listen to an audio book as I drop off. I fall asleep within 15 mins usually because listening to audio books stops me from thinking and my brain going into overdrive. It used to take me an hour to fall asleep.

Send youngest for a shower at 9, then we play cards till 10 then he brushes his teeth and we read a chapter of his book then I shower and go to bed, usually fall asleep very quickly

Do the washing up, wee, brush teeth, take daily vitamins/supplements/meds, moisturise face and body, set alarms, get undressed, sit in bed watching Netflix/YouTube or browsing internet until I feel tired and go to sleep.
