Do you have to get out a map to figure out if someone mailing you is too far away to visit?

I know where most Citys are and a fair few towns. I have not had to look some place up often mainly if its if someone is from Scotland and I dont travel that way often.

I've lived in The West Country, Buckinghamshire, Wales, Yorkshire, Morayshire, Tayside, Fife and visited a whole lot of other places in between.

So I've lived in Scotland, England and Wales. I've never had the good fortune to live in Ireland only to visit.

I'm terrible with geography. I always have to google places cause I don't have a clue where most places are. I blame fact I'm Anerican but I've been here 12 years now

I use RAC route planner, anyone over an hour as my profile says, gets told and why, if they message again, I just ignore their message and eventually delete it

I am terrbile at knowing where places are if they are not quite local.

Luckily Mr B is pretty good and knows where most places are, so he says yes or no.

my geography is piss poor..

if i've not heard of the place its clearly not local.. so id not be interested.

really wish they'd be a filter so people can't message from a set distance away
