Den of Iniquity

As I've made too much Mince at work ive had to bring some home, but I'm out of Inspiration as to what to do with it .

I fancy something different to the usual Spag Bol , Chilli malarkey.

So I need some ideas on quick Mince dishes.

Pretty Please

I didn't have the ingredients I thought I had the other day so I had to quickly adapt my browning mince into a beef mince balti.

Was better than I expected

Let ys know what you decide OP.

Most mince needs plenty of seasoning.

Burgers would be the quick and easy option.

Bind it with an egg so it doesnt all fall apart

And maybe add a squeeze of tom puree or tom sauce even to the mix

Stick it in a skillet, add some onions, garlic, ginger, chillis, boil some rice, mix it in, add a bit of cheese on top. Bosh!

Chopped chillis (or chili flakes) / garlic will add another dimension to your burger.

Remember to toast or grill the bun.

Next time you have an excess of mince consider a lasagne or mousaka.
