Under the Duvet

If it's possible to feel totally overwhelmed and underwhelmed at the same time then that's me today.

Everything is an effort and my brain feels like its made out of Playdoh.

I'm finding it hard to motivate myself when every day feels like Groundhog Day.

Urgh!

Great big hugs to you.. I know exactly how you feel. I had a bike accident last september and am still suffering from it in quite bizarre ways and feel very down at times..

You need some overwhelming love and I'm sure theres plenty of fabbers to offer it. Heres another great big hug to help your sanity too.. x

I know what you mean and how you feel, keep your head up and remember some days you’ll feel down but the good days will outnumber them, and they will be even better than any of us remember

Hugs Minnie. It is hard at times to motivate ourselves to do something in times like these but Groundhog Day had a spiritual lesson for Bill Murray’s character. At times like this I like to give myself permission to just ‘be’ and remind myself I’m a human being not a human doing
