BREAKING NEWS. Today GrannyCrumpet cba'd putting out her brown bin because , said a spokesperson ,"There was almost fuck all in it and that meant it wasn't worth dragging the 4mtrs in the pissing rain."

A neighbour was overheard saying, "Look at that poor woman who has no brown bin stuff."

If this continues said a Council Official, the binnies will be made up.
