Should Donald Trump be arrested for exciting a riot, and causing the deaths of 5 people?

In my opinion he should be, and get old sparky, someone should have assass***ted him.

Walking down in protest isnt the same as forcing entry into a building though

Hopefully enough Republicans vote for his second impeachment, ensuring that he can never hold office again. However I’d love Rudi and Donald Trump Jr to get some kind of charges levelled against them.

Trump will spend the rest of his life in court, over some of the cases currently waiting for him to leave the office. So it’s not going to be peaceful golfing for his retirement.

If he HAD walked down with them like he said he was gonna then maybe they'd not have stormed it? That's how I saw it. I didn't think they were heading to the building, it was him that put the idea out there

They have a right to free speech and to protest.

The right to free speech isn't limitless. The question that the American justice system will need to address is if Trump and/or his associates incited imminent violence, which is an exception to the free speech rights one enjoys in the United States.

That is his talent though. Making controversial and divisive comments to stir people up, and then promptly disown them and sit back whilst he admires his handiwork and watch other people act on them.
