"This year has really knocked me back missing my fitness and training not going lie i suffer will bit of depression and the gym helps me so I feel big mess at the moment " I know you can't replace the social side of the gym but you don't need much to keep some training up at home, small bench and dumbells, planks, pressups and crunches. Lot's of motivational training tips and workouts on you tube. I've actually not been to the gym for 20 years but since lockdown kitted out my shed and got motivated through fear of getting even more unfit than I already was.I realise you obviously enjoy the company of others at the gym and the craic but you can self motivate and train without interuptions at home.

"Thanks for the positive feedback and ideas I have gone from train 10 times a week miss the buzz you get from it I try to do some stuff at home its OK but not what I need Thanks again you guy for you help and support " Try to remain positive and think of this an opportunity to try to reset goals as 10 times a week may have been a little excessive? Try other things to remain active it won't be long before its light enough to cycle, run or walk outside.

"I'd like to apologise. My resolution to get fitter and joining a gym has been the cause for the last two lock downs and high tiers! I think it has only been open for 3 weeks since I joined in October! " Lol

"I'd like to apologise. My resolution to get fitter and joining a gym has been the cause for the last two lock downs and high tiers! I think it has only been open for 3 weeks since I joined in October! " I'm going to tell on you, C I'm missing the gym and even more, wheelchair basketball. Facebook helpfully reminded me that one year ago yesterday, my team and I came second in a tournament. That weekend, we'd played in the Midlands and North Cumbria in the same weekend, we'd travelled hundreds of miles, shared cars, played loads of basketball and stayed in on a farm in an Airbnb. It was so much fun and I miss that so so much
