As peach said start with butt plugs. You'd be surprised how effective they are at milking you even with a small one.

This great advice. I spent a long time working up from a small butt plug, a small prostate massager, bigger butt plugs, then a 6” glass dildo, then an 8” dildo, before I was first fucked up the arse.
