So I have recently bought a new phone and I can't seem to watch adult content etc. I can access the site but the videos won't play. Anyone have any idea why this might be? Google search hasn't helped me.

The provider(Vodafone, three) has adult content on. Log in to your account then untick the box

Can you watch (for example) youtube? This will prove whether it's ALL video that's an issue, or just specificaly content related.

That's all been done

Call your provider and ask them to take the setting off.

VODAFONE do this to me randomly, and the setting from the site never works for me.

The last time I called them, the customer services lady told me there is another setting that is not visible to us that needs changing!

When i got mine I had to log in three and switch on adult content.

Then I also had to go into Google account and switch on adult content too
