"I’m trying to wean myself off coffee and find mint tea ok. Chamomile- the smell makes me heave " The taste isn't as strong as the smell, I've found. I guess mint tea is a good substitute for coffee as I hear it can help wake you up a bit

"I drink turmeric tea daily it’s said to have a wide range of health benefits along with Jeera (cumin) water/tea both good for immune, anti inflammatory & digestion " Is that tumeric tea flavour or do you put the tumeric powder in the tea yourself?

"PG is the only one for me Gotta love Ol' reliable. I still have that tea too " Another 1 for lashings of PG here The chamomile smell smells like stale dried grass to me. I'd research herbal and find credible evidence before trying more - and have tried a few over the years.

"I drink Tetley decaffeinated tea. Got myself down from 8 cups a day to 2, but replaced them with Lucozade, which has 46mg of caffeine in 360mls. I'm basically, a div, but tea makes me wee a lot. I bought some cold tea infusions but they make me gag. I want a nice tea that doesn't have caffeine or is loaded with sugar." Rooibos. No caffeine, no sugar. I really enjoy it and don't drink normal tea at all now. The vanilla version is lovely

"I started on green tea about 3 months ago after reading about it's benefits, still drink normal 50% of the time, every little helps." Absolutely! It's hard to make a complete 180 on something so gradual changes are always best

"Tea is my job, literally. Please just drink tea for enjoyment. Things like Pukka matcha teas are just green tea dusted in matcha. To get matcha benefits, drink a cup of pure, ceremonial grade matcha daily. It's got hecka lotta slow release caffeine, vit C, and nutrients. And like drinking 8 cups of green tea (which I wouldn't recommend cos you'll piss loads) Valerian can be good for sleep, but reality is whatever you find soothing Loose leaf always better than bags. Teapigs are just Tetleys in fancy branding. White silver needle tea is effin delicious. End. " I drink Clipper Green Tea or loose leaf stuff that my Chinese or Malaysian students give me

Ctc (what you get in teabag) or the dustings, release flavour quickly, which is handy, but can be more bitter. I still have a Twinings Everyday first thing in the morning, as I can make it quickly with kids around my feet. Can also rebrew a lot of loose leaf teas, teas such as oolong can be rebrewed up to 7 times! So super good value for money too
