Im not. Its crushing me from going 6 times aweek to not being able too.

Ive been doing alot of mountain biking but put nearly 2 stone on since last march due to no weight lifting.

Ive just ordered a peleton set up though, as have aload of mates of mine

Doesn't cost a fortune for a bench and you can do a lot with dumbells alone, diet is as important as the training to maintain without losing muscle, even press ups, planks and lunges if there is no room for a bench. My shed became a small gym during lockdown and not sure if I'll go to a gym again apart from needing proper leg training machines and squat rack.

I've just fine tuned/bodged my 'shed' gym now, so I am able to do more. Can bench, pecdec, leg raise, few free weights and now deadlift. Not a huge amount, but will keep me ticking over. Add in some running and cycling and it's evening out the junk food and no work!

Training with a few dumbbells and plates and doing some HIIT workouts too.

I want to buy a small-ish barbell but not sure I have the space

OP's title body builders and fitness doesn't necessarily fit together. Aerobically, many body builders are not always fit.

Bodyweight exercises. Being food aware. Cutting myself some slack and knowing that I've got there before, I can get back again.

Home workouts are a good option.. although limited as it depends what you have at home.. but I've noticed online stock of weights and gym equipments are pretty low. I love outdoor running though.. maybe not so much in snow at the moment lol

Lock down wrecked everything, got an injury, well-being went all over the place . Only just getting back into it now, but feel like I am back at square one.

I used resistance bands and will return to doing so if cases get too high or there's another lockdown.

I'm mainly doing bodyweight exercises aswell. Had spine surgery a few months ago, so lifting free weights is not something I'm rushing to get back too.

Bodyweight exercises combined with long hikes is my routine- looking forward.

I guess everyone is different. The thing is that we must always challenge ourselves and once body weight is not enough then move on to resistance training or else like cardio (running), etc

Diet becam emore important and I'm lucky to have a generally physical job so the training wasn't of so much importance but I have a bench with leg extension and free weights and not likely to return to a gym. Harder to discipline at home but more convenient and it cost less than some pay for a 3 month gym subscription for the bench and weights.
