Anal rtips for beginners

We are looking to broaden our experences and D would like to try anal but is finding it very hit and miss and quite painfull any tips pardon the pun lol

Posted this earlier in another thread on the same subject. Hope it's of help..

This is what a porn actress taught me about anal 27 years ago - and it's ALWAYS worked for me. Bear in mind I am above average girth, so I HAVE to get it right or it can seriously hurt the girl....

1. lube up.

2. lube up AGAIN.

3. Guy must be on a hard surface - NOT a bed as there is too much 'give' and the girl can't get enough control.

4. use Reverse Cow girl

5. Position over the guys cock (which must be as solid an erection as possible and DON'T be shy to use 'help' - Viagra - if you need to) and lower onto the tip

6. Once the tip is in position, the girl needs to push as if she is going to the loo (one assumes you have douched before hand) so that the sphincter opens up/slackens off slightly) and as it does, squat so the head pops inside.

7. THEN.... lower yourself onto the shaft at YOUR pace and TAKE IT SLOWLY at first.

When you're comfortable, you can increase the penetration/speed/rythmn to suit your own needs/desires.

Sorry if that sounds clinical, but as I say, works for me and for the girl too.

Don't know if this is a personal thing, but I find if they go in a couple of inches, withdraw, and then try again it is easier...with lots and lots of lube! And I'll always douche beforehand - don't think I could relax if I didn't

One other thing with anal - NEVER, EVER use Vaseline as a substitute to water based lube if you haven't got any.

Vaseline is petroleum based grease - NOT lube - and some of the bacteria which live in the bowel just LOVE it as a means of attaching and multiplying on anything entering the back passage.....

In other words - Yuck!!!!! - a potentially embarrassing visit to the GP for the guy......

I used to find it agonising but have now sussed out how it works for me... preparing with toy and loads of lube, taking it slowly and relaxing into it, I love it now...

That's exactly the same as what I said about the guy needs to be stationary. I used to know a couple who tried anal without consulting Aunty Pork first and made the big mistake of doing it doggie and on a bed. The result? She spent a week in hospital and he didn't get any for months..... (
