Interesting information ...

I slept until 10.00am !! This never happens. Think the last time I slept so late I’d been out the night before and had way too many vodkas !

I’m quite the avid reader

It's not the ideal hobby to just read as the vast majority of us do read but I do find interest and comfort from reading about things in depth which also helps me to sleep well
