Trying to, but feel like since gyms have been closed my motivation to stay on diet has decreased! Still working out in home garage gym, but it’s cold, wet and dark hahaha. But better than nothing so just need to get back to focus and maintaining until gyms are back open

If by home gym you mean ‘twanging resistance bands and gawping at Adrienne’, then surprisingly well. Often the highlight of my day, all said.

I invested in a home gym several years ago. Best decision I ever made!

Yep, doing OK. The hard part as someone said above, is keeping the right dietary regime going. It's too easy to eat crap sitting around indoors all the time!

(I also have access to a full private gym)

I’ve plateaued a little, put a bit of beef on around the middle, but not been able to get out for a run after some Achilles issues, and then the ice has come, but need to adjust my core routines

At least you we are all doing something to stay fit. I have been using resistance bands, bodyweight and improvising with bottles of water

We walked 3.5 miles today, 2 days after a squatting session. We need leg massages

Not as good as it could be. Trying to stay consistent with my morning runs but it's difficult. I have resistance bands but don't use them much

A good long walk every day ... and am hours spinning at least 5 times a week... back on it now, and it does help with routine and focus xx

Awful, I'm pushing through but the limit of dumbbells just makes everything extremely boring...

I entered a virtual running event for January, to complete 268 miles.

I am just about half way through the month, and I am on track to achieve the distance a day early.

I am completing 10 miles a day, sometimes a little extra for 6 days a week and give myself 1 rest day a week.

Physically I am fitter than I have been for some timee, this challenge is mentally draining and physically tiring on top of a full time job.

Her x
