Hello everyone. I am having a coffee and soon I will do the shopping. I guess that you can meet but not to get naughty cos of the virus? I will watch a movie and I have the haribos ready

The weatherman in Wales ( Derek the Weather) tells me it will be a brighter afternoon so i shall go for a wander in the woods .

This evening an hour on the turbo trainer then relax with a jolly cuppa and crumpets
