Just been scrolling through my album looking for a recent face pic to upload for face pic Friday and got to a point where I found myself feeling like I was looking at someone else.

I often feel like that, if I look at myself for more than a few seconds it's like my features move/change and my face becomes unfamiliar...

Does anyone else get that?

Or am I just a fucking weirdo?

Yes this happens quite often and it is correlated to my mental health. If I'm stressed or not quite right I can look in a mirror or at photody and not recognise myself. It's really disconcerting to be honest

It has sometimes but in a good way. In my mind (occasionally) I'm a round faced blob but then I look through and I think god she's cute why can't I look like that any more and I realise I do because it was only taken three/four days ago.

It's definitely a transformation!

But you're not exactly horrible to look at either way are ya?!

I geek out over make up transformations, especially male to female illusions, my first job was at my local drag club painting the queens, I think it stems from that...i fucking love make up!

personally I only really like one way and don't see anything good in the other but I have the face I have so what can I do

Some transformations are incredible, I know on me I can see both sides even with the make up on but some you would never believe they are the same person.

Some pictures of me I'm convinced have been altered between the taking and me looking at them (my profile pic for example).

Then I take another and I'm reassured that yes, I do still have troll face.
