I'm not eating more, I'm literally just not moving. Happened last lockdown and I dropped the weight within about 8 weeks being back at work.

I really need to start moving about more. I shit you not I've got a granny tipper chair and I've even been utilising it with great delight. "Stand me up G-tips!" Yep, that's what I say to the chair. Sometimes I even thank it too

It’s like when you order something on Wish. It always seems too good to be true, then it arrives and you realise that it definitely was too good to be true.

I dieted and lost a stone and a half over late summer/early autumn 2020. I've put it all back on, and maybe more! I don't care. We're living in a global pandemic! If I have a shit shift at work and decide to have a take away instead of cooking then I damn well will!

I'm allowed so few pleasures that JustEat Cookie dough desserts have become my mainstay! You do you, I'll do me. So I'll allow you to judge me from 2023 and not before!
