I have bought a jump rope.

I have jumped using the jump rope.

I have said "OWWWW" whilst using the jump rope.

I got bright red marks on my arm through using the damn jump rope!

So if you are a masochist & are missing out on being whipped during lockdown.

Buy a jump rope and let it flagellate yourself. And you get brownie points for getting fit at the same time!

I can't believe how out of breath they leave me.. Just need to tie 6 pillows around my hips first... Princess and the pea

My partner has got one.

I can't keep it up at all.

I am sure I would, in time and with lots of practice though.

It is very different from the plastic stripy one I used to have as a kid! That was very lightweight.

He hasn't told me that his weighted hoop has caused any bruises!

I can't hula hoop for toffee!!

No bruises here honey but you know I'm just well hard.

I did break a nail while opening the shower gel cap earlier though, so I'm taking the rest of the day off
