I do feel like a yoyo at times.

Sometimes I'm fine, then other days I'm just down in the dumps for no reason and it's hard to pick myself back up.

It's difficult times right now

Approach it the same way you'd eat an elephant, one bite at a time.

You got this.

I found myself crying the other day ... for no apparent reason. Although, that could just be menopause, not lockdown

I'm not depressed and lucky to still be in good health, just temperamental, no energy and bored

Manchester (she/her)

First lockdown, I struggled with the enormity of the situation.

Now... I'm fed up but I'm in a routine.

I'm not too bad. Still at work so still among people. Missing my gigs, rugby, pub & holidays. All my hobbies went in one fell swoop. The thought of them all keeps me going.

Haha I've bought a new leather skirt and now thinking the same. When on earth will I get to wear it, and will it still fit.

A very difficult year all round really. Sleep patterns have been the worst thing for me. Stick with it and just take some care, it is going to pass

This is basically me. The only thing keeping me going is that someone is relying on me and it's important to put a brave face on things. Fake it til you make it.

First one was grand as weather was decent. I struggled with the 2nd one. Been doing ok with this one but last two days I literally want to crawl under my bed and hibernate. Thank god I'm working it gets me out of house

Glasgowish

Think this time of year is usually bad for everyone. As a nightshift worker i see little day light so can not wait until the Spring.

Under the Duvet

First one was a novelty.

The second one the gyms reopened so I had a distraction.

This time round I'm fucking fed up with it.

Ground hog day.

In my happy place

Im now peed off as work is busy but its from home.

Every friday after work i put every teace of work away. My dining table is my office.

Fed up with it. Theres no compassion at work. And the ones with kids to see to.. Some a milking it and not doing their job.

Its hard not to swear!

I am at my wits end, so I feel you OP.

Working through all of it has helped with sanity somewhat but at the same time I feel really trapped and every emotion is accentuated 10 fold. I need a break, a quiet comfy room and some sleep.

Massively struggling in this one, lockdown on top of S.A.D is not a good combination
