See is it just me that hates it when guys or girls say this? Why does anyone owe you anything from a conversation? If people are able to waste your time its means that you expect something from a conversation? To me it makes people seem entitled. Surely people should approach this site with a win some lose some attitude? After all aren't we all strangers with no connections on the whole? People need to be more laid back in life

Only time I'd call someone a time waster was if they said yeah let's meet, then didn't bother showing up!

Time wasting is lunching out on an arranged meet, lots of time too, but not from messages and crap doesn’t take long to compile a message and even less not to compile sod all

But even not showing sometimes is valid people have lives? I just always here lots of timewasters on here and its like what are you expecting an fanny on a plate? Although that would be nice

The classics time waster is when you agree to meet drive there then radio silence. I agree we all have lives but it does happen I fortunately only a couple of times.

If something changes a quick message wouldn’t hurt I’ve had it where life gets in the way but I’ve always let them know not just not answered.

But I do agree, we have too much time on our hands, and I'm spending most of it on here cos my life is sad I've nothing better to do than be a fool here

Agreeing to meet someone then not, without explanation or apology, is time wasting. You've made a commitment (I don't mean "oh shit I'm so sorry my relative got rushed to hospital and I completely forgot", I mean standing someone up).

Messaging on here, not time wasting.

Given the overall aim here for that person is in theory, to get laid. by not reading a profile, they are wasting their own time as it reduces their chances down to 0.

which conversely wastes our time as we get our hopes up of finding a decent single male.. only to have to clear them out :P

It's about malformed expectations, generally. If 1 side has 100% decided to have sex, they assume that the other side must have the same criteria for taking that decision too, so chatting must mean that it's in the bag.

It reflects a fairly poor understanding of and cosiferatipn of other people.

Lacking in understanding that time needs to be invested in getting to know others and to narrow down the majority into a refined list of those who may match reciprocally in the flesh, if you are fortunate enough to meet.

Realistically, we should assume that we will have many more people that we will start communicating with, than we will ever have mutual matched attraction, needs and availability. And the rule here is no reply =no interest. Not any single 1 of those who smartly decided to evaluate their mutual usrr of interest, could ever have been wasting time, they were investing it in another and the conclusion was a clear no.

Poor expectations and their assumptions made on the outcome, when it didn't give them what they wanted, ie. they must have been timewasters, is equally stupid.

In my personal library, I call that "fantasist".

These type of people, I won't agree to a meet at all and thus they won't become a "timewaster" (= arranged and confirmed a meet but didn't turn up and do not inform within an agreed duration prior to the meet).

Profiles are a waste of time when they contain stuff that's not accurate. Lost count how many times we've been contacted by someone, checked their profile, decided they're not a good match for whatever reason(s), let them know why and then been told stuff like:

* they only put that information in their profile because they thought that's what people like,

* they're not really bi/bi-curious/TV/TS,

* they don't really like bareback sex with strangers or want to push boundaries,

etc, etc.

Just be honest and accurate guys, that way we'll all waste a lot less of eachother's time.

Pleased to say I've come across 1 maybe 2 so called " time wasters" over the years. That's due to them turning out to be completely different people to the ones I thought was talking to including their pics. There armt nearly as many as you hear about i and havnt come across any recently. Also depends what you class as time wasting.

I hear you there. When you've made a plan and you make arrangements. Like I have to sort my kids out and then they don't show/disappear. That's I why wont travel very far anymore.

What i find pretty annoying is,that people talk to you for weeks,teasing,saying how interested they are into meeting...and then miraculously disappear when time comes to meet

I would call that time wasting, yes!too many dreamers on it.and nothing wrong with being a dreamer as long as your not playing with other people minds
