It has rained here all day, a persistent heavy drizzle accompanied by low clouds

I haven't moved off the couch save for taking the dog out

We both got soaked to the skin

Today has been joyless

Well today I think I overdid it!

Went on the usual dog walk, dropped some documents off at the solicitors, visited mum (I’m one of her carers) and nipped to Tesco for some creme fraiche.

I really should’ve split it up into chunks to spread the excitement over several days!

Hope the buttons were as good as anticipated?

turning the laptop off in the office, getting tea in the oven, pouring a (large) glass of red and curling up with the puppy on the sofa.
