here on the isle of man we have a very good smoked cheese.

it is a mature cheddar that is properly smoked, as in an actual smoke filled room as they are not allowed to put artivifical rubbish into it.

Last night it was cheddar cubes and silverskin onions.

If I'm not being lazy it's crackers with pâté, cheese and caramelised red onion chutney.

Everything and anything, today it’s been...

Nuts (salted and roasted), nut mix with chocolate raisins, pretzels, raw jelly, Lindt balls, after eights, Turkish delight, coffee cake, clotted cream shortbread, olives and sun dried tomatoes and I didn’t wake up until 10am, think I need something to do other than eat lol
