30 day fitness challenge. Done every day so far! I'm pretty good at seeing things through.

I always set public intention too, then I've got liability

There's another lady doing the challenge with me, so we let each other know when we've done the day's challenge.

I haven’t made any but I did get myself an Apple Watch to motivate myself to get fit again not done any real cycling for two years or more so finding it hard
