Hi all, I’ve had a fab account for a little while now but I’m never on the site enough because I don’t know how to use it properly, when I say “use it properly” I don’t mean going around hooking up with everyone I simply mean just engaging with people and making friends.

I never really know what to say to people so I don’t basically, i like meeting and talking to people I can hold a conversation on any topics but when I do occasionally come on to fab it’s as if I get some sort of writers block.

So I was hoping that maybe some of you wonderful fabbers out there can maybe show me the ropes, perhaps give me some advice on things to say to get people to trust me.

I’ll be greatful for any advice that may come my way.

Thanks in advance and everyone please stay safe.

There and to the left a bit

Just be yourself and treat it the same as you would in "real life" - talk to people as people and not sex objects or if you find messaging someone blind is not your thing, find other ways to interact with the site - forums and chat rooms are a good way to get known and get to know others, and can spark conversations on the side.

Be yourself.

Be respectful, polite, friendly, not pushy.

Good luck.

That is the last thing I’d ever wanna do, deceiving people is not the way to be in my opinion, being honest and open is the way to be for sure. I just don’t seem to have the right ice breakers in me so I’m looking for any advice on how to be, how would you like someone to start a conversation with yourself? If I may ask, thanks for the reply, I do appreciate it.

Thanks for the advice

This is my first time on any of the forums to be honest, how do you find them?

Be yourself.

There is no way to use Fab properly. You have to abide by the rules they set out, but how you interact and who you meet is all down to personal choice.

Is that what he asked? No wonder he's having trouble when there's people like you on the site jumping to them conclusions.

Be open and honest. No bullshit or sayimg what people want to hear. Just be you. Be natural, chatty, upbeat. Project yourself in a good way. If a lady says no thanks do not get stroppy or abusive as they get a lot of that on here. Just be a nice chap. Chat in the forums and make connections. Just be the real you. J&J

To many are asking what to say or what to act like. How can you tell the real them when we are programming them to be not the real them?

Be yourself. Show you've read a profile by referencing it in your message. Don't be pushy, if you don't get a reply, move on.

You'll get there.

Welcome to the forum

I agree.

Welcome to the forum OP. Maybe join in chatting on forum threads, people seem to make friends that way. Look out for social events when they are allowed again.

Good luck.

I find the forums fun. I used to be in the chatrooms a lot too, but only in the daytime. That's when people chat. In the evening they just badger whoever is on cam and no one really chats much.

Oh and with the forums, I'd watch for a while lol. People can pile in on someone for saying something offensive, which they may not have realised was offensive lol. But on the most part it's a great group of people.

My advice would be to read profiles of the people who catch your attention before messaging.

And don't copy and paste!

Make it personal to them.

Good luck op. And welcome to the forums.
