Usually I break the gaps up with snacks, etc, but the gaps where I’m not eating I’m intermittent fasting, ah you get the idea with that. " Ha! If this was IF I'd be doing this constantly. To answer the OP, I am intermittent fasting and trying to go out for jogs - even though it was cold today and I had to double sports bra, I managed it. Next week I'm cutting the carbs. I'm doing it so I feel better about myself and I can treat myself to nice things (lingerie). | |||

There are some great vids on you of tube and such if your not used it befor that are worth a watch. But go You! I check it your other thread. | |||
