What do people do when they start to get an erection , do you take it off or leave it on . If you leave it on does it hurt?

Can you get silicon ones that expand as you do?

A cock cage will stop it getting fully hard. The metal one I have will pull on your balls if you start getting hard. Can't honestly see the point t in wearing one if you're gonna take it off if it gets a bit uncomfortable. What are you looking to get out of the experience?

I want the feel having it on and knowing it’s there but nobody else does, and some discomfort but not to the point it’s crippling, if it stops you getting getting fully hard that’s good

It does. A metal one has more weight than a plastic/silicone one (obviously) so feels better. Use some silicone lube to avoid it sticking. Enjoy
