I had mine pierced for over 4 years.

Its rather sexy to use it to flirt with when chatting to someone.

I lost the end balls on numerous occasions and kept a pouch of replacements in my purse.

I have damaged 3 teeth from biting the ball or bar whilst eating food, my dentist always told me off

If you remove the tongue bar the piercings will seal very quickly. I lost mine whilst competing in a marathon hike, I didn't have spares on me at the time and so had to remove the bar. By the time I finished the event and got to my replacements the piercing had closed and I didn't want to force it myself.

I do miss my piercing though, it was cute and sexy. I won't have it repierced.

Apparently it also felt nice when giving oral, and people liked feeling it when kissing me.

It also made cool tracks when licking an icecream cone

There’s only one who will do genital piercings that I know of where I live. A very competent, female piercer, but it still puts me off. My nipple didn’t heal first time round, and still problematic at times since being re-pierced, don’t think I want to risk any issues with my clit, so I’ll just pleasure the ladies who have, and keep mine as it is, haha xx
