I most wipe front to back, folded and enter from via my right butt cheek. However I do at times wipe standing up using the same technique which also enables me to do a visual check for stool quality

I stand, with one foot on the cistern.

Means I can get right in there and have a good scoop.

Sometimes I use a bit of toilet paper.

Hygiene is important to me.

Years ago when doing a job in a customers house, after having used the loo I found there was no loo roll, the only thing I had was my king sized Rizla’s. Lick stick & wiped the shit, & no my finger didn’t pop through & look like a Mexican in a poncho xx

No need to use yards of toilet paper, one or two sheets will do. Occasionally the finger will pop through but you can wash it, sinks close by. My last roll lasted at least a month and occasionally got a brown finger ...every other wipe

The long handle is useful though as the brush end goes up the chute a long way
