Hi all, am back, did anyone miss me ............. and no I wasnt banned, am too innocent for that

lol, went to sons awards ceremony for his apprenticeship and yeah not only nominated for Apprentice of the Year, he actually did it and won it - am so so proud of him and wot a hatrick of events over the last three weeks for him ...............

being the dumb one .............. we sat down at our table, a film crew came over and talked to him and inter_iewed him about the college, then inter_iewed me as well, and yeah ............. neither of us twigged at that point, the ceremony started ............ and we still didnt suss ............ and lo and behold he got it and the film crew were there in our faces, and he took his 13 day old baby on stage too to get his award, Tommy Walsh was the guest speaker and he stroked the little ones head - boy is he starting early to meet celebs, and yeah am really the proudest mum going - and even more good news, despite the crap he suffered at work whilst getting the apprenticeship - they have created a specialist role for him in their company too ......... it cant get better ...
