if its a whitehead pop it and stick a piece of tissue on it like you do when you cut yourself shaving if its a big red one get some clearisil or that other one thats advertised on tv.

you apply it to spots and it reduces redness within 4-8 hours. best used before bed

I have never really got spots always had really clear skin but lately I have had a couple of ones that are enough to put anyone off their dinner

White ones, I squeeze. I can't leave them alone.

Other ones I put witch hazel on them over night, usually gone by morning, or have a head, so I can squeeze them!!!

The menopause dragged spots to my door! But at 95 you should have got through it by now

Witch hazel calms and dries them.

I had one appear yesterday and I am meeting tomoz. Tea tree oil and it's almost gone. Should be fine tomoz.

You can buy a little rollon dispenser from Holland & Barrett

Sudocrem is good for getting rid or a mixture of bepanthen cream, E45 & sudocrem.
