Well Domme is the female version of dom which is sexually or naturally dominant usually.

A bull is (in my understanding) a male that has sex with a/your wife.

As a combination you get dominant bulls

A Domme is a female Dominant in a D/s or BDSM dynamic.

A Bull is term used by couples/swingers to generally denote the third party to make up the triad of hotwife (or girlfriend), cuckold, and bull. Where the latter is brought in to fuck the former.

You can have bulls who are Doms or bulls who aren't. And you don't have to be a hotwife/cuckold couple to have a bull, and vise versa. At the end of the day these are just labels which can be helpful by are not mandatory or set-in-stone rules.

As long as everyone's having fun there's no right or wrong way to partake in kink or swinging.
