It's just impolite I feel. Just a simple " thanks but I've changed my mind and your not for me" would do.

I was nothing but polite and respectful but hey!!!

Never done it, but have it done to me a few times.

I must have gullible tattooed on my forehead but I cant see it.

It does knock my confidence and faith in people.

I totally get how you might feel but I for one have very thick skin.

Could be hard for some guys as some of us aren't exactly drowning in messages lol

So am I and I would say I'm good at reading people. Try to get to know people before meeting them and im happy to send face/body pics before meeting.

This exactly. Wtf. I wouldn't bother replying to that, wtf does it even mean.

Ghosting is my super power I think as I tend to do it a lot. I can be talking to someone and they just keep making statements at me. Then I don't reply for a couple of days and I get a message asking why I stopped replying. When I tell them they didn't ask me anything only made statements at me they get a shit on. People are hard work lol.

I had this happen late 2018,

2 weeks chatting, organising a meet in Starbucks, I arrived to a msg saying almost there, after 10 min, a msg saying she was late, few min later, msg saying ahhh look at you sitting there with your coffee and checking your phone lol, then puff, nothing,

Profile was ninja mode for a few days after then a few weeks later saw her pics under a different profile,, so as bad as Ghosting is, it's not that bad,

It's not nice but it's not much different from having your messages ignored. It's quite a common thing on fab and don't take it personal. You soon learn there's far more candy in the sweet shop window than you could ever see looking out.

It hurts but you have have to move on. Not sure it gets easier but you adapt and recognise people don't all have the same ideals and expectations.
