It’s boring but here in Kent we are well accustomed to it.

It’s better than the the original lockdown because we’re used to it, there’s no queuing outside supermarkets for example but there’s no socialising etc. Unfortunately, some people still flout the rules though so I can’t see things changing anytime soon.

Exactly the same as when we were in tier 3 or tier 2.

Neighbours still have people coming and going, roads are packed with traffic, same amount of people out and about on the street.

Except there are more shops shut

Just like tier 3 but with fewer shops. And no indoor exercise. That's about it.

We've been in tier 4 for what seems like ages.. hasnt worked... Dad is in hospital now with covid... and he's been really good at hating and avoiding other humans for at least 8 months...

Let’s just say you’d think nothing was happening or that we have an order to stay at home and be out with one other person .... long winter ahead !

"I think Bristol is now in tier 4, but how bad is it though?"

It’s like 3, but one higher, very similar to Spinal Tap when they changed their amps to go up to 11.

The shops are shut. So no retail therapy basically and no socialising. And your petrol gauge looks like its stuck because you don't go anywhere.

Quite boring but I hate the cold so I'm quite grateful I'm stuck in.

Shops are terrible, people don’t care. I am not the most patient person but this pandemic has taught me patience but some people are just selfish and are all over you in the shops (and not in a fab way )

I only go shopping once per week and try to go at quiet times

I had to tell the lady behind me to move back a bit. She was almost on top of me! It’s ridiculous.

Cambridgeshire

We've only left the house for work and due to the hours we shop after which is pretty late, not too many people around, we're keeping in touch online with friends and family

It’s unbelievable! It’s the fact they stretch over you to get hand gel to reduce the germs on their hands do they not realise they are spreading their germs before they gel their hands!

Our area is an AONB, yet you wouldn't think we were in Tier 4. People are travelling from miles around to visit. It's ridiculous.

Swinging will carry on. People are still meeting now according to status updates.

I know the selfish people are meeting but most won't be meeting and clubs won't be open for a long time and we don't know if things will ever be the same again

It will take time but we are sure swinging will continue, hopefully clubs can survive too.

I hope so but we all know it's not looking good and the more people meeting and spreading it will never stop we all need to stay in but you can see how many are meeting and they are tier 5
