Having read their profile I am in no way shape or form what they are after.

I have messaged asking why but they have not responded.

I think you can send another after 30 days even if it's not deleted

Accept their friends request while they are offline, have a look at their photos, then delete them.

And yes, after a certain time has passed someone can send another friends request even if you haven't deleted or accepted the first one
