Maybe there should be better use of filters to stop unsolicited messages? And better ways of communicating exactly what people want rather than the sender needing a degree of guess work if it’s not clear or contradictory info

The answer to this is always filters.

We're interested in some man, why prevent them all from messaging because SOME can't be arsed to read?

Our profile is perfectly clear and even if it weren't, we're allowed to simply not be interested.

My one change would be for people to read the profile before messaging. Unfortunately there's no way to in force that...our block list will continue to grow...

The answer to this is always filters.

We're interested in some man, why prevent them all from messaging because SOME can't be arsed to read?

Our profile is perfectly clear and even if it weren't, we're allowed to simply not be interested.

My one change would be for people to read the profile before messaging. Unfortunately there's no way to in force that...our block list will continue to grow...

Might be but more importantly it cuts out the fake accounts which spoil the site and additional work needed for clearing this mess plus better control site would have and more to enjoy about this lovely site because it only takes a few that can make a huge difference which can be putting off even for a new users

Not being able to change date of birth, surely everyone knows theirs & only change it to get around filters.

Being able to rearrange photos in different orders without having to reupload them (that way keeping the original date of first posting).

Have a filter for location.

Filter for both of the couple being in the age range you're looking for.

Not being able to message if photos are in friends or private & not hide them until message sent is read, again so not to get around filters.

Good god tell me about it they try that one all ready I get a kick out off it when they contact me and I look at they profile and thay then change it like it’s going to make a difference should have had it set to that before messageing in the first place lol

A pre message from fab where if someone contacts you from a forum thread you can choose wether to engage or not. Some forum threads get very nasty and people send abuse privately so a message saying ‘x wants to reply privately to you from x forum thread’

I'd limit the number of messages allowed to new people. That way guys would read profiles carefully before messaging and be more likely to check to see if they're well matched, women would get fewer and be flattered when we get them, so they'd actually get read and probably replied to.

It would feel less harassing, and men would get far more replies.

Everyone to be photo verified.

Not sure about how much (programming) would be involved or if there is an appetite for it but... we are already doing our own selection by asking readers to put a particular word in their message to ensure they have read the message.

I know some get round this by scanning the bottom lines of the profile but it does offer some filtering.

In short, I would love to see that as so many people just don't bother reading profiles. I am at a point where I no longer reply to people who clearly have not read any of mine.

Fab’s pretty basic in most of its functions, and that’s just how I like it.

You don’t use shit loads of data , or need the latest phone and it still functions with minimal signal.

I can find my way round most of it and I’m pretty IT illiterate so it suits me fine the way it is.

If you made the site more complex I think you’d loose that ease of use and they’d probably charge you more for the privaledge.

It's not a problem with our couples profile but Mrs gets messages almost instantly when she logs on her hotwife profile.

If this was optional I'm pretty sure that alot of women would use this feature.

Not all cpls. We blocked all single guys from the start. We might one day change our minds about meeting them in the future. But to many stroppy guys and ones who wont take no for an answer put us off bigtime.

I would only allow people one week before they had to become a site supporter to stay on. I know they could delete and rejoin but we all know both this site and fabguys are plagued by timewasting idiots who suddenly disappear without trace at no cost to themselves.

Adding additional filters.

Make it easier for bi males and straight only guys to find what they are looking for.

Ie straight only seeking like minded couples.

First one is an excellent idea. I’d also like to see a ban on duplicate profiles by the same person - one profile only! Too many duplicitous profiles here
