We didn't buy any chocolate this year, just enjoyed and indulged in what we were gifted. It was all absolutely yummy and I don't regret the treat but I am glad to see the back of them and get back to our normal eating routine.

None. I have some that was a pressie, but not open yet. I rarely eat chocolate. Just hope that when the mood does take me, it’s actually still there and no greedy fingers have snaffled it away.

A fair amount. No regrets though. A brief period of indulgence every now and then is allowed.

Regretting something I have enjoyed is a useless emotion in my opinion as it spoil the memory of the pleasure I have felt.

So in the words of the infamous Edith Piaf, No, I regret nothing!

K is a chocoholic.

True story, she eats more than T. and he used to be BIG! (has lost 97 kg^_^)

It's a miracle. and when her age catches up to her, she's going to go outwards like one of those expanding life rafts bless her! :D

I’m sure she won’t lol, AJ eats more than me and it’s never caught up with her, in fact she informed me yesterday that she’s lost weight over Christmas, totally unfair that the more she eats the less she weighs

We've eaten lots of lovely food with no regrets at all

We work hard so we reckon we can indulge every now and again in the things we enjoy in life without guilt.

Mrs will be back to her healthy eating and fitness regime as soon as all the nice treats are gone.

The amount of dairy milk I receive at Christmas is ridiculous - not that I complain but I don’t eat it every day so will keep me going for a while. Nice brisk walk each day allows me to indulge
