Hi, after the latest lock down rules. Has anyone else found this month incredibly tough ? Living alone as made me feel so isolated from the world

Yes, it is hard even for those not alone. Not seeing other people and having a change of conversation becomes tough. That's why we enjoyed time in a pub in tier 2, just to talk to others.

Try and get into a bubble though if you can. We have a friend living alone and so have made a support bubble with her (vanilla, so shame lol). But it provides her with at least an occasional evening or escape route if things are tough

At times I quite like being isolated from the world actually..I have plenty of books to read.. music to listen to etc..as someone once said.. hell is other people.. (though if I'd been them I'd probably have been a bit more selective with who I made friends with )

It’s the opposite for me personally as since March I’ve had no real episodes to speak of but unlike you op I don’t live alone.

Try to keep busy and get as much sleep as you can.

Use as many forums as you can that interest you and maybe make some on-line friends.
