And recommendations for home Yoga/Pilates that can be done in a relatively confined space? Obviously classes are out. " After you have walked or walked/ran for 15-20 mins work on your flexibility, lower back, glutes, hamstrings and calves , it’s really hard to do from cold. Also work your core with things like planks or google ‘8 minute abs workout’ level 1 then level 2, these things will build solid flexibility and core strength and are simple so you hopefully won’t ever need things like Pilates | |||

"Cycling. And if you can’t go out get a turbo trainer. They are about £50 new or cheaper on certain auction sites. You don’t need an amazing bike but it’s non impact training " Rollers are much better than turbo - fully engages your core and won’t wreck your your back or bike | |||
