Do a search for NSFW subreddits - a bit of luck, you'll find a post where someone has listed and categorised loads of them!

Have a look for r/swingers too, as a place to start.

It’s one of the original forums. It is a bit like google but you follow whole topics and interests. Just search at the top for what you want, view and select the group / discussion you like and join in

I just browse the front page mostly as I find it's useful for wasting a bit of time.

If you are interested in certain topics, then you can search for the subreddits (usually starting with r/...). If you do sign in then I think you can customize your dashboard to display the latest posts of the subreddits that interest you but not too sure as I don't have an account.

I wouldn't say it's a place to follow others. It's more just for personal use although obviously you're able to view what people have posted by clicking their username.

What is it you want from Reddit?

I mostly use it to kill time and just scroll through the top posts of the last 24 hours and then sub to the subreddits I like. It's pretty much got everything though so it's just finding what interests you and getting yourself involved if it is karma you want. You'll only earn karma by uploading content and being upvoted in your posts and responses etc.
