05:00 for a slow roast leg of lamb!! So worth it though!!

I've had a 2 and half hour lie in, just had breakfast whilst chatting privately to a very hot lady and now it's off to the gym to get a sweat on

I have been up since half five ish...never went to bed until half 4!

1 joint of meat in the oven to be followed by another.
