I dunno, they just seem so competitive, frenetic, a bit exhausting, a bit dispiriting. Good luck to those who enjoy them, though. Everyone is different, and that’s a good thing. I just don’t flourish in them, and that’s probably just down to me.

I've tried a few times on my phone but that seems an exercise in futility. I don't think the mobile chat interface is very good, unless I'm on the non supporters version. Plus I too agree, it's a veritable barrage of messages. Too this day I still don't follow how exactly people really have engaging discussions over the chat rooms. At least the kind to warrant glowing verifications. Feels like it must be a Tete a Tete held in a town square with every fourth person a town crier
