Funny you should mention east Enders for some reason I was flicking through the channels earlier and a old episode was on from 1996 frank butcher alive and kicking behind the bar in the vic btw how fit was Gillian taylforth

They do in some scenes.

But use plastic sheeting and family members as boby doubles in close contact scenes.
