I look at what they have written as i find this is the best indicator of whether i will get on with a person. If they have written one or two sentences i find i rarely get more than one or two word messages and it soon peters out.

Pics first-no pics and I move on.Life is too short to converse with the Invisible Man.

Profile next. Hopefully positive and with a bit of humour. A ranty list of rules is a turn off for me.

Location- if they're in the Outer Hebrides its not likely to happen.

Veries- not a deal breaker but gives a bit of a flavour of the person.

Photos, because if theres no attraction, theres no point. Then the profile text, to see if there's any substance. Including preferences, sexuality etc
