Well we are nearly at the end of the year and what a year it's been! 2020 has tested us all in many ways but hopefully made us a lot stronger in the process. Thoughts are with everyone that has lost someone this year, much love to you all

It's going to be a tough few days for most of us with our alternative christmases, but let's protect our loved ones now so we can be together again next Christmas!

Finally, I just want to follow up on my previous mental health posts. Anyone who is struggling at this time, please dont suffer alone. Make that phone call and reach out to someone. You can do this

Hope you all have a lovely Christmas and stay safe out there! Heres to 2021.. a year of loving a bit harder, hugging a bit tighter and laughing a bit louder

I was just sitting here thinking of those people who are having a a really difficult time.

Knowing of those that have received awful news.

Those that have lost people close to them and really just feeling for them.

It's a great post OP and to anyone who is struggling I hope they find some kind of comfort.

Let's keep the faith for a better new year x
