Tomorrow I'm going to do a Honey and Mustard Glazed Turkey with Basil, rosemary and thyme.

How are you going to do yours? And if you not having Turkey what will you be having?

That sounds good.

We will have beef turkey lamb and gammon.

Personally, I'd have been happy with just turkey.

There and to the left a bit

Seafood - haven't had turkey for a few years now, just a spread of seafood - smoked salmon, crabs, prawns, crevettes etc

Goose fat roast potatoes are lovely. Boil the spuds for about 8 minutes and then let them steam dry a bit. Shake them in the pain so they’ve got some rough edges. Meanwhile stick the goose fat in a sturdy meat tray or tin and heat it in the oven for 10 minutes. Stick the spuds in the hot fat and turn them over a few times so they’re coated in the fat. Back into the hot oven at 200 degrees for about 1 hour 15 minutes.

If you fry bacon in the morning do you ever mix the bacon fat in with your goose fat?

A "Jacob's Ladder", which is a nice piece of beef. Very glad it's not turkey this year.
